      Pros

      Strong marketing teams. Heritage global brand. Many examples of long standing clients. Digital and technological thought leader within industry. Global number 1.

      Cons

      Inept executive leadership with complete lack of vision and inspirational thought. Structurally inefficient and divisive. What is 'easy' becomes before what is 'best'. Political tragedy.

      Pros

      Work life balance, lots of vacation time, for the most part a positive atmosphere

      Cons

      Push to be “human forward” yet our customer service and follow up with candidates is spotty. Sales targets are very aggressive, not enough freedom to get to the end result, mixed messages from upper management and line managers, internal politics are a thing feels like you have to be best friends with management outside of work to get anywhere in the company.

      Uncapped commission , Recruiters make the same as Sales, Good back-end tools

      Cons

      Being a large corporation makes it difficult to be nimble and administrative / compliance burden can sometimes cost you to lose a placement; To be truly successful you need to give up allot of your work life balance; Most staff work through evenings, weekends and vacations
