Pros

There are none to be given.

Cons

This company dies not support their employees. They put you with a client and from there on out you cannot get a straight answer. You are directed toward either the client or Randstad who then directs you back to the other party. No snacks in the room, no eating in class, but when a medical emergency arises" Didn't you have snacks?" You have a medical situation come up and suddenly everyone wants to be in charge, but after the crisis is over neither one of the parties wants to get involved. Two many people in charge, with no management skills. Unable to comprehend HR policies and procedures to the point of putting that person's life on the line not once but twice in less than a one week time period. Avoid this company.

Pros

The team Technologies they implement in recruitment

Cons

Salary in Spain for Recruitment Consultants is ridiculous: <16K € per year of base salary + ridiculous team bonus (hard to reach at least 20K of total comp package) 2 years of non-compete clause that doesn't allow you to work in ANY consultancy firm - it doesn't matter if your new role doesn't have to do with the responsibilities you had at your previous job at Randstad-. Also, they didn't even tell me about this clause until my very first day, leaving me without any option rather than signing the agreement or losing my job. I actually was involved in a lawsuit because of that. It was truly unfair, mainly bearing in mind that the compensation (10% of monthly base salary) is low compared to what you have to lose - not working for 2 years in recruitment agencies? even if the area of activity is TOTALLY different - market, industries, candidates background & candidate sourcing, geographical area - and there's no chance you can harm Randstad? Seriously?

Pros

Good bonus structure for those who under perform (no matter how good or bad you do, your bonusing the same as the next person).

Cons

There is no real leadership. Leadership is literally reading metrics off and telling you how bad you are.
