      Mismanaged Job from the start

      Pros

      For $16.50 it isn't that bad. The problem is there is little or no work. And Randstad onsite knows it.

      Cons

      This job was supposed to start Jan 2nd. Instead of having steady work. With the exception of my first week something I didn't follow with the schedule I managed to cut myself from 4 days. The only way you even see a day is hope for a trade, Lauren over there keeps saying you never know things may pick up. And yet for the last 3 weeks I have only seen a day. A day doesn't pay for crap.

      If you can survive this place, you can survive anything.

      -Nepotism -Favoritism -Fraternization -Drug use -Literally the opposite of 'Human Forward' -Purposely 'mark-up' at least 70-75% on candidates when presenting to clients -Operate under the guise of being 'experts/leaders' in their field -- regardless of the industry (engineering, HR, Accounting/Finance) - quite literally the opposite. They use buzz words to sound like they know what they are talking about. Most of their staff have literally no relevant education or background in any of those fields. They all come from sales (retail, car sales) etc. -Vindictive 'managers', lots of insecurity. Very, Very toxic.

      Nothing Pros than anger.

      Cons

      As per offer after resigned from company i will get my FNF within 45 days. But in my career, I never seen the "WORST COMPANY" like Randstad. They took almost 8-9 months for my FNF. And still it’s not fully paid. I resigned company on 31st May'2018. & still my FNF fully not paid. Totally disappoint by the work etiquettes. They not even reply to my email’s.
