      It’s a trap

      Pros

      Connecting talent with jobs and finding good people to work to your clients can be rewarding.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the the extreme. Unrealistic quota. Lied about working from home. Mid level management has no idea what is going on. I’ve worked in sales for a while, but this place is ridiculous. You also are expected to do the work of 5 people from week 2. I could keep going on. I stayed at my last place for 3 years and wanted to try something new, I was pitched a dream by my recruiter and VP and when I got here that dream slowly turned into a nightmare. If I could go back in time I would have stayed in my last position instead of making this bad jump.

      Pros

      Ability to order supplies you need on site, working with folks and helping them find a job and earn a paycheck.

      Cons

      No help from management or WFC, no support when dealing with the client, no personable or meaningful connections within the company, constant and aggressive tactics from coworkers competing with you, no "teamwork", no work-life balance to speak of, and constant harassment from management if you need to miss work. (schools closed when Covid hit, single mom with a child. had the ability to work from home but was given constant grief about it, and was then let go.

      1. Work life balance is good (If you agree to work on weekends..)

      Cons

      1. Hikes & incentives are applicable only if u achieve ur 100% target (not even 90% is acceptable). They won’t tell you while recruiting you. 2.You will be on PEP if you don’t achieve 100% target 3.Your target changes every month based on ur managers deficit. 4. Your manager will be behind you everytime threatening about PEP and termination. 5. Worst of all is even during this corona Outbreak, there is no relaxation in targets. And they asked me to bring more clients and get offers though everything is shut down for a month. 6. Too much of micromanagement. 7.You have to update ur work in excel, then explain to your manager and send the same in mail.
