      I worked for Randstad UK for approximately 4 years in a number of roles and thoroughly enjoyed my tenure there.

      Pros

      Good internal training - they really do invest in their employees and ensure that people's skills are encouraged to be developed through mentoring and formal courses. Process driven company, their 'cut and paste' 7 stage process worked well for clients and employees. Successfully place a range of candidates into large national clients.

      Cons

      Although the work life balance was ok there were times when a large amount of 'out of contract' hours are required to be successful within the roles, however that is often the nature of recruitment!
