Pros

Documentation and SOPs galore, you'll always have a breadcrumb to follow when you're stuck on a task. Strong attention to development and knowledge gain.

Cons

Too many managers in the kitchen, constantly changing the goal post in terms of expectations. Slack channels littered with previous employee's posts who are no longer there, attrition is rampant. Documentation is so good it's bad in terms of outdated material, edits yet to be made, misunderstandings between departments etc.

Pros

Cool coworkers, smart people, great product

Cons

No workforce balance at all, truly just doesn’t exist. If you care about living a normal life during the week, I wouldn’t recommend Ramp. The intensity and workload are too much for one person and you are stretched really thin, often working 60 or more hours a week to then just feel like you didn’t do enough
