Great engineers working on the product and high adoption in the SMB/ Mid Market space.

Cons

Ramp was the most toxic sales culture I’ve ever been in. The actual AEs/CSMs/AMs on the team are very nice but leadership fully misses the mark. -Was lied to about what role I was signing up for throughout the recruiting process -They Raised quota 250%+ with majority of individuals missing and little data to back up quota increases -High Turnover -Consistently Micromanaged Thankfully I’m out of there but hoping this makes a few people question joining the program because I wish I would have been warned.

I was incredibly impressed by the Ramp Recruiting team throughout my interview process. The entire process was efficient, informative, and the team did a great job communicating with me the entire time. I had ~5 formal interviews over the course of a few weeks, and each time I heard back quickly from the Recruiting team with feedback and next steps. I have never experienced a more well-run process in my years in SaaS sales.

Cons

None that I can think of. It's a competitive market and this is a great company to join, so do your homework and come prepared!
