Worst Management and No growth, No Hikes, all in one worst company to work for.

Nothing except work from home.

Cons

One of the worst infrastructure, high workload , no guarantee on your position, they can fire you anyday. Racist management specifically from EU regions who have hardly any work knowledge getting promoted for now reason just cause they are white skin. The HRs are same like TCS but more of the RACE than religion. Apply at your own rise. No career growth, no hikes, worst package and alot of colour politics.

Remote work, knowledgeable coworkers (many that have now been laid off or have left on their own), & was steady through Covid

Cons

Massive layoffs across the company have been occurring since Ben Faes stepped in- entire teams have been laid off based on location alone. I have seen people with a 20+ year history with the company kicked to the curb. This is disheartening enough without even factoring in the disorganization and sad "attempts" at leadership by upper management.
