Great benefits, friendly and supportive co-workers. You can reach out to anyone on questions and assist others. There are plenty of opportunities to work where you love with many remote options.

Cons

Not much job security or global company initiative support.

Good starter job for linguists but not much chance of progression

Pros

Friendly department, although some groups can be cliquey. Good benefits even for the starting graduates. Overtime offered at 1.5 times normal pay (for my department at least) so good for saving up. Company offers Christmas party, shuttle bus service, office fitness sessions at lunchtime.

Cons

Seems to be hardly any chance of advancing within the company. Really high turnover among graduates as work is very repetitive and most people only stay for 9 months- 1 year. Hardly any positive feedback, especially compared to the amount of negative feedback. Difficult to find somewhere to live or park in the area - very expensive in terms of cost of living.
