A good first job
Pros
If you value a strong company ethos and stability, there are many worse places. There's good communication across the departments and I ended up playing football regularly with colleagues across the company, and two years after leaving I still do. The people are for the most part sound young graduates so the atmosphere is welcoming and very friendly. Providing you're not averse to admin, the role is stimulating as you are dealing directly with clients but mainly in a back office function (logging translation orders, managing several translation projects simultaneously, day to day communication with freelance translators). Occasionally quite exciting as well.
Cons
Linear company structure, too little imagination in developing employees range of tasks and opportunities for development.
