      Pros

      RSA has some brilliant folks developing some cutting edge technology. If you are on the inside track, it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      RSA has way too much beauracracy for the amount of revenue it generates. It also has way too many people. There are a lot of mediocre folks who basically just draft of the efforts of a smaller group of folks who are driving the business.

      Smart people Great technology Strong brand equity in marketplace People are generally friendly and supportive Management is dynamic and committed to success

      Cons

      Worked during the time of the breach by the Chinese government and the company went into full scale crises management. The company pulled together and dug themselves out of a very tough situation but the stress levels during that time were through the roof.
