People leaving on weekly basis, to much money spent on a farewell gifts. Empty offices, no ones come to renew the groups. All pro's left during last two years to other companies with brighter future. Legacy products and technologies older than Egypt pyramids. RSA now is a name for failing corp. People are very unfirendly - way to SNOBS, most not willing to help. Software releases full of bugs and misunderstandings between product and r&d.If u have passion for trends in hi-tech do your self a favor on don't apply RSA, otherwise you will reapply after short time to other company.

RSA, once the quintessential security company somewhere lost its mojo along the way. With forced retirements, layoffs, distractions of acquisitions, spin-offs, reorgs and more product development and execution has taken a back seat to individual employee survival. RSA is a great company where unfortunately many of the go getters upped and got themselves a new job within the EMC federation or elsewhere which left many "tailings" behind combined with new people who have a decent learning curve even under the best of circumstances. Do not expect much support with people fighting for themselves to survive. Though there still is pockets of greatness in the company still, it is getting harder to find them. The next few years will tell if RS can reclaim its venerated security seat it used to have.
