      Pros

      The work is really exciting, working with different clients different technologies and different teams. Pay is competitive with a nice bonus and adequate benefits. Management is responsive and attentive, no idea is dismissed without thorough feedback

      Pros

      Really great, smart people that work at Roko. There is a common saying of "Roko Family" and you definitely feel it. Also you get experience working on a lot of different projects and clients that provide good career exposure.

      Cons

      Increased employee benefits would have been nice.
