      Remote Work, The PM of my project was so professional.

      The CEO sells the idea that the main thing is people but that is a huge lie, besides they did not keep ther word regarding the payment. They use the people and their knowledge.

      - The management is horrible, agile null doesn't care about improvement proposals, only want to take advantage of every employee and candidates. - Very low salaries (QA bet 1200 and 1700usd), a SR backend dev 2500usd, the worst is that they think they pay "top salaries". - Promised "roles" and then all different. - They don't have WORD, so, don't believe anything they could tell you in an interview. - They will sell you the "best" projects but are only crap, and managed by Russia, if you are not in Russia or US, you won't lead any project, you will just have to obey orders. - They dismissed 8 people because of Covid19, the promise they will pay an extra, and then they haven't paid. - But the most important is that they DONT HAVE ANY VALUES. and A LOT MORE so...don't join them :)
