      You can learn a lot about furniture & the industry Decent pay

      Work-life balance is a struggle In interviews they will probably try to make it seem like you won't work weekends very often, but that's not true.

      Semi-decent pay, amazing coworkers, beautiful working space.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch and plays favorites. You either get promoted your first year or never promoted. They will speak to you as if a promotion is possible, and then con you into doing that job to prove you can with no pay raise or title change.
