Unprofessional “leaders” that seriously lack character. They are useless and are not approachable with anything. Support team is treated lesser than sales people which is a given. But considering how they shove their values down your throat, you would think they would appreciate their support team more. You’re a glorified stock associate who gets called for returns 99% of the time and lug around giant boxes most of the time. Previous support leader was amazing but she left due to the toxic environment with leaders. The support leader I had before leaving was not knowledgeable of support procedures and not helpful.
Please do not consider applying here as a sales or even support associate. You won’t feel welcomed, appreciated or even the slightest bit a part of a team. You can do a lot better than working for a company that seriously needs a massive update in management.
