Pros

Loved the people I got to work with, insurance was good, overall the working environment was good

Cons

employees are treated poorly during reviews, if you disagree with any of the processes you will be fired "love us or leave us" was a motto they had and used frequently, you have to change you're entire personality/views/morals if you want to succeed there

Pros

Gorgeous office, nice location in bay area

Cons

-Toxic, cult-like culture around CEO and senior leadership with daily "values" meetings where irrelevant videos are played, loosely connecting to values that the company doesn't actually abide by at all. Plenty of "how great I am" self-pats-on-the-back stories recounted too. -Senior leadership seems and sounds completely disconnected with reality. -Lowball offers that take advantage of fresh grad talent out of school. -No 401K, no RSUs. -People value not at all focused on, lot of throwing each other under the bus. -Disagreements within senior leadership met with harsh punitive actions including firings. -No sense of workload distribution and bandwidth, with new work and workstreams just piled onto existing work. Expectations never clear, weekly TBs do not achieve anything least of all clarity. -Literally everyone has a "Leader" title, most often with no direct reports, titles are meaningless here. -No training of any kind given to new managers, the typical brash high performer is given the reins and when they fail, the team broadly suffers.
