Micro managed to an unhealthy level No understanding from management No proper communication with management ( ignores you unless they’re reprimanding you for taking too long) Inexperienced managers You can’t even take one minute to gather yourself after helping a client without being messaged “everything ok” meaning get back to work now They record & watch ur every move & nit pick everything including taking too long to close a page out or research what you need to Low pay Horrible hours Vacation time always getting denied Overall it’s a horrible draining company to work for. The worst management that are harassing. Hr never gets back to you. Don’t even waste ur time. Not one employee was happy working there

The clients are amazing to work with given that we haven’t disappointed them and dropped the ball somewhere along their experience with RH.

Cons

The company runs on a reactive basis. When faced with a problem, they go back and do damage control rather than proactively seeking to prevent issues related to clients and employees.
