Restoration Hardware holds true to its core values; People: are our greatest asset, Quality: starts with our people, Service: comes from our people delivering first class service, Innovation: always strive to improve. RESTO is a quality company from the inside out.

Cons

The downside at Retoration Hardware has more to do with the economy than any core flaws with the company. My work hours have been cut dramatically over the past year. It's not easy manuvering through the current choppy conditions of the retail market. RESTO will prevail as they always have.

Pros

Great senior management. On the high end of the compensation scale. Encourage independent work.

Cons

They tend to take advantage of contract partners making relationships difficult. Pricing is so high they don't have a solid customer base in this economy resulting in numerous rounds of layoffs.
