      Pros

      Great Benefits and co-workers. Fair compensation and discount.

      Cons

      Overpaid, unreliable and incompetent management. Management are bullies, take advantage of their title and only benefit themselves, while holding employees over their scheduled hours, changing the schedule without notice and sleeping in the office during their shifts.

      Employee discount of 40% Good insurance

      Cons

      Managers who never coach or train and are always in the back rather than on the floor. Back-biting, gossiping and a lot of hypocrisy at all levels. They talk about the core values, yet they are never enforced by management because their egos are so huge and they spend all of their time kissing up to the district/regional manager. None of the staff take the manager/leaders seriously because the are a joke !

      Pros

      The company is always pushing the envelope to evolve, to think outside the box and to inspire it's customers. The guiding core values are alive and well used in the field. Offering/giving feedback is encouraged.

      Cons

      Expectations are extremely high (which is a pro and con). It's great that they continue to raise the bar. Sometimes the bar is raised so high, there are times it is tricky to have a work/personal life balance.
