Pros

The discount is pretty great if you need to redecorate your home or need to buy good hostess gifts. The company is growing operationally, which makes customer-client experiences awesome.

Cons

Hours, at my location, were awful and long. RH has terribly made products and that causes inefficiency and bad service. Make the products betters. Also back order dates are terrible. The company should be better prepared. If it is trying to make the most inspiring furniture, it should expect people to love it and want to buy it.

The quality of their products seem to be sliding down hill, but the more product that comes from China the more this will happen.
