- No Employee Stock Purchase Plan available - No 401k matching - High turn over rate - Incompetence and lack of business professionalism and bedside manner from executive officers - Cult-like company "values" that are constantly shoved down the throats of employees yet rarely followed by the leaders that preach them

Great Benefits and co-workers. Fair compensation and discount.

Cons

Overpaid, unreliable and incompetent management. Management are bullies, take advantage of their title and only benefit themselves, while holding employees over their scheduled hours, changing the schedule without notice and sleeping in the office during their shifts.

The company gave vacation and holiday pay to part-time employees It was a relaxed environment to work in, but sometimes absurd expectations were set

Cons

Low wages and low raises. It was difficult to move up in the company without knowing the right people. Some management had an elitist attitude and did not give proper credit to sales associates.
