      Some of my co-workers and customers were amazing.

      Cons

      Home office: A nightmare. The district leader for the outlets has zero personnel skills. Treated store associates with utter distain.

      Pros

      The company discount is amazing, your coworkers are great too. Free Tea and Coffee was great...It is those in upper management that leave a little to be desired. I loved the products that we sold as well as the beautiful stores we had to sell them in

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadlines, unhappy people, and overall fear that your job would be downsized with the next set of cuts made it quite hard to love my job. The old computer systems in the stores were very sad, they were like running dos yet expecting apple results.

      Pros

      The folks you work with are good and they are smart so that is a positive. The discount is nice if you have the $$ to afford the items.

      Cons

      Way too much work and nowhere near enough balance. Not enough people to get the job done but the culture is such that you are encouraged to throw yourself on the grenade over and over again.
