Employee discount is great. You learn a lot about the products and work with interesting customers. Our sales team was amazing.

Cons

You work weekends, night, holidays. When it is slow, hours at cut to a bear minimum. In the end, you feel dispensable. We were pushed very hard to meet and exceed sales goals.

Amazing product at Discount. Color Palette for Drapery, Bath, and Paint were amazing.The craftsmanship on hardware were specific to heritage of the brand.

Cons

#2 Leader was a Cocky want to be that didn't have any respect for field leaders. Gary Friedman is a creative master that might not be in his current lack of leadership title if he would had worn a belt.

1 on 1 training. Most of the sups are helpful and don't just critize. No real dress code. They play music when goals are acheived. Daily morning rallies.

Cons

THEY DO NOT ACTIVELY DRUG TEST WAREHOUSE WORKERS PRIOR TO ORIENTATION. You might end up using one of the stalls in the East Jersey Rahway Prison up the block. The three stalls near the tiny cafeteria get backed up too often. There’s just one first aid and eye wash kit. low pay. Detener la profanidad
