      Pros

      Pay was decent for a retail job. Company is were big on feelings which is great for individuals who like sharing and participating. 40% off discount on product.

      Cons

      I was not a fan of the daily morning meetings that I felt were a waste of time that always ended with a clap out at the end it that had to be in unison or was repeated until achieving it. We had to stay at least 1 1/2 after closing sometimes more to clean and fluff the furniture which should only need a half hour if that.

      Coworkers understand the stress of answering calls and are mostly pleasant to work with Room for fairy quick growth within the call center decent benefits

      Cons

      Extremely difficult customers Company expanding too quickly for cust service to keep up, current systems are antiquated. Communication within the company is poor, and information that can be used to better assist customers is intentionally withheld. Employees are required to participate in shift bid, which occurs about twice a year. Employees must select a shift from a list and those with the best scores and seniority pick first. Any request to adjust your shift after it is selected falls on deaf ears.
