      Pros

      Some co-workers are genuinely amazing people. Your friends will all be envious of your discount at the retail store you'll never have time nor money to afford to shop in.

      Cons

      Insane expectations of work-life balance. 24/7 on call expected. Lip service from CEO down. Multiple calls-to-arms, with little to now reflection from executive leadership. Expected to deliver amazing results without planning, testing, developing. No way to develop direct reports into productive career-bound team members (as you can't pay enough to get someone who knows what they're doing). Growing pains of a startup, although the company was founded in the 70's. Much of the backend systems are archaic and limit the opportunities for explosive growth for the brand.
