You and the other gullible idiots hired on at the same time, because there was a mass exodus before, will be trauma bonded before you know it.

Cons

The people who survive are the ones being fake all day for the sake of a sad memoir about being brainwashed into a furniture slave-cult for half the money elsewhere. Everyone who has stayed is insecure with victim issues. Don’t get me wrong, the furniture quality is good but the work culture is so toxic.

Cons

Some few issues especially with management and under payment and limited staff to do the work as 1 person gets to do more than 3 people's responsibility.
