      Pros

      The people and culture is amazing. The campus is beautifully furnished with RH furniture. It is a beautiful campus.

      Cons

      There is not a strong business plan in place and it is very fly by the seat of your pants. Teams try hard to innovate and achieve goals. There is little to no work life balance.

      Pros

      There is a lot of pride and creativity around the brand and the company is expanding into new sectors trying to evolve from a luxury furniture brand to a luxury lifestyle brand.

      Cons

      The company needs to slow down evaluate the current strategy and priorities. There are major communication issues and massive overspending on current projects. Only the time and schedules of the executive team and respected. There is a fear culture embedded within the company that makes it nearly impossible to be proactive or meet deadlines.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. RH really tries to hire talent.

      Cons

      High turn over. If you are a REAL designer, you want to be able to have more choices with your fabric and furniture selections. They have a cult like management/drama triangle thing. I could never wrap my head around it. I'm here to create and there will be creative differences with creative people. No need for a walk and talk. LOL
