Pros

Pay, store team I created was amazing! customers loved the atmosphere we created. The values are what brought me to this company.

Cons

Insurance is expensive, field leadership is one sided, and the lack of consistency in operations and HR are shameful. You are told there's no reason you can't do your job in 40 hours, all store leaders work a minimum of 45.

Most of the designers and lower level employees were friendly along with a small handful of management . Great sample sale and beautiful work space

Cons

The management in the devision I worked for ( Textiles ) treated me like I was their personal slave. They were not only rude but down right caddy and passive aggressive. They hardly noticed when I preformed well and instead brewed over minor mistakes. Extremely poor communication. When I left, they promised to give me a good reference and instead went back on their word and gave me a negative review. If you liked being bullied in high school , you will love working for resto!

Pros

Associates are truly genuine and seeing them daily made the experience less depressing.

Cons

Racism, immature leaders, unfair treatment of workers, deliberate unjustifiable termination of associates, favoritism, NO advancement opportunity for those who actually do a good job and care about others and their development, and it's a high school environment at senior leader level. I did just as your favorite rule states... I didn't love you so I left you.
