Micromanagement Pay is terrible Benefits are even worse Very Cult like. Don’t get roped into the “Values”. They are awesome values but you wont see any of them actually implemented in RH day to day operation. If you don’t believe me then work there for even a couple months and you’ll notice. They’ll preach values in meetings but none of it will translate to how things are actually handled. If you try to even challenge something in a meeting, you are immediately shut down by puppet assistant management and told that you’re wrong.

Company provides investment in on-boarding and initial training. Drops the ball with employee growth and support. Basic medical, dental, vision coverage Team effort in problem-solving, client-centric solutions.

Cons

Cult-like dedication expectations lead to superficial agreement of management policies rather than honest feedback. Lack of advance scheduling. 2 weeks in advance, evening & weekend hours for the whole gallery team. No growth plans for current employees. Empty words regarding valuing their people. No stock purchase plan or 401K matching.
