They have a way at hiring great people.

Cons

I’m pretty sure all the positive reviews are either koolaid drinkers or they’re all fake. Toxic management that starts from the top. Extremely overworked employees with little to no raises or promotions. Lazy management that only knows how to micromanage. No work life boundaries your requested time off constantly gets denied. Constant turnover.. constant. Retail hours but they pose as a design company. Acts like a design company but it’s all sales.
