The company has an amazing product line. Discounts for associates - very good. Depending on who you work for, you have opportunities to floursih and grow your skill set.

Cons

Does not match 401K, High Turnover, Love us or leave us attitude. Governs by intimidation and chaos. Its a popularity contest there. If you are part of the "In" crowd you are safe...for a while

Hard to say..... Some really smart people Free fruit on Monday Sample sale

Cons

High turnover leads to shoddy work product and long hours to fix Too many chiefs, not enough indians Benefits are terrible - no 401k match or employee stock purchase plan Half the holidays of a normal company - "because it's retail" Low pay Favoritism big time Blurred lines between personal and professional relationships IT department and systems are a joke....internal customer service is non-existent Did I mention pretentious people?

Pros

Sample sales are great. The products are really great and the people who produce them are meticulous.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent. Disparity in pay is vast, if you are a Pet of the CEO your salary will be great and completely out of whack with reality, some VPs make over $300k no kidding. The CEO is an absolute whack job freak. He believes the company caters to a much higher demographic than its customers really are.
