After a mass exodus of employees in early 2022 and introduction of new gallery management, the Seattle gallery has become nothing short of a nightmare. Management has no clue how to create work schedules, is unsupportive of employees under them, and has only been hiring white folks. When coming to management for help with an issue, the response is always condescending and gets you no where. DO NOT apply to RH Seattle, you will regret it immediately. No work/life balance whatsoever, and impossible to get time off requests approved.

met some great people here.

Cons

Terrible hours and not a flexible schedule. 1 day off at a time. You could work until 11pm then 9am the next morning. Management changed 3 months in then everyone started getting fired or quitting. When I left, 7 other people quit, including leadership. It’s all for show, nothing to really back it up. Only gave people a .25% raise, even though they were with the company for over a year and contributed tremendously to sales. We had sales goals but no commission, no bonus, absolutely NO INCENTIVE. they work you like dogs til you burn out.
