The 50% employee discount That’s about it.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment. It’s a “love us or leave us” type of company. So if you’re having an off day and just aren’t in the right headspace to work, then they say leave us! CEO Gary is the definition of self absorbed and egotistical. Absolutely no work / life balance. RH expects you to eat, breathe and sleep the company. It’s like a cult.

employee discount, fast-paced, creative and lots of great people

Cons

Daily values meetings that are all talk and totally redundant, design by numbers, sales job with no commission and a low salary. Obsessive about pipeline and deals closed with no benefit to employees. very high employee turnover; literally everyone leaves.
