The 50% employee discount That’s about it.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment. It’s a “love us or leave us” type of company. So if you’re having an off day and just aren’t in the right headspace to work, then they say leave us! CEO Gary is the definition of self absorbed and egotistical. Absolutely no work / life balance. RH expects you to eat, breathe and sleep the company. It’s like a cult.
