Pros

Co-workers are all trying hard to be successful and do their best to have fun in what little time they can carve out.

Cons

Senior Leaders/Execs in IT are not motivating, appreciative or strategic. A simple, sincere Thank You would go a long way. A strategy looking farther out than 6 months that they stick to, would be great. Infrastructure VP is deep in the weeds of how things get done (would rather do it himself) and does not trust his team or their recommendations.

None. None at all. Period.

Cons

Kept promising me full time, never actually materialized. They screwed me out of my severance package when the gallery closed. Worked at their corporate office for a bit. They gave me instructions that I followed, only the person who wrote them was wrong. So instead of them getting in trouble.. I was let go. They could care less about their employees.

Pros

Great growth company and product that sells itself. Great work experience and home office location. Reads well on a resume.

Cons

Benefits are not competitive. Work life balance is nonexistent. Everyone looks miserable. Extremely fast paced and always changing seeming flighty. Blurred lines between personal and professional relationships. The values, leadership contract, Resto rules appear like a cult-like community.
