      Pros

      They hire great people, but that is just about the only thing they do well.

      Cons

      The quality of the product leaves much to be desired, clients will often find back ordered items that come in damaged or simply never come. Upper management is rooted in a cult like mentality and has no experience in "leading", rather giving vague retail minded instructions. The work/ life balance is non-existent and employees are treated with little respect for their personal time. This "design firm" wanna be is more like a bad furniture showroom that is being run by in a cheap retail minded manner. I would avoid this place not just as an employer, but a consumer as well.

      Pros

      The people and culture is amazing. The campus is beautifully furnished with RH furniture. It is a beautiful campus.

      Cons

      There is not a strong business plan in place and it is very fly by the seat of your pants. Teams try hard to innovate and achieve goals. There is little to no work life balance.

      Pros

      The Corte Madera offices are designed nicely and very comfortable work environment. Working in Corte Madera there is always parking. Job was very specific to department and primarily worked with a small team.

      Cons

      Company does not really offer additional benefits like most companies in San Francisco. They say that they are a "start up" environment, but are actually quite corporate. Found that supervisors and managers were very gossipy and catty.
