Cons
Clear and present abuse. Intentional misleading loyal and hard working (some) to change the industry. Using benevolence (Blaze Kids Academy, Girls to Grannies, World Housing) to mask the true golden Jack Ryan parachute (and possibly political) agenda. Promised mid management a huge bonus for remaining with the company by July, with no intention to pay it, or the bonuses promised for bringing word of mouth lucrative closed deals. Highway robbery of professionals without a hint of class to dissolve appropriately. Flooded the leadership with investors kids and relative who had Zero business as key stakeholders. If you were related to an investor, went to Harvard or a D1 athlete, your were hired and handed the keys which steered this ship directly over the falls, instead of listening to those with personal real estate and sales front line experience. Shame.
