Pros

This company has you working with them, but they also work for you! The company allows you to grow within. Whether your field is real estate, business development, social media, or customer success, rex has a spot for you. Culture is great! Coming from a place where I wasn’t listened to as an employee, this company is doing a great job! Everybody works as a team and communication is one of the best skills used out here.

Cons

Software and processes are still at an early stage, but it’s a startup. The company is working on improving processes day to day. There are no weekends off shift for CSS’s just yet.

The culture here is incredible, we are trying to achieve a monumental task and we are all in it together and have each other’s back. The leadership is smart from a strategic aspect, they promote from within, and most ideas are listened to/tried.

Cons

There is a lot to do and not enough people to execute.
