Pros

Not sure why this company is pretending it is still in business. Their leadership tanked the company, ran out of money and lied to its employees until it finally had to lay everyone off. The people at REX were some of the best I have ever worked with. If not for the terrible leadership from the CEO and COO, this company could have had a chance.

Cons

Where to begin - unrealistic expectations, a liar as a CEO and a spineless robot for a COO was a recipe for disaster.

Pros

Employees were motivated and committed to doing their best and supporting one another.

Cons

CEO misled employees re health of company financials. Inflexible and hypocritical WFH policy. WFH was not allowed unless it benefited the company (teams were made to rotate in and out of the office due to outgrowing the space but not wanting to lease a larger office). Utilized layoffs to remedy poor planning MULTIPLE TIMES.

Pros

No one does any work despite being salaried, so free money I guess?

Cons

This entire company was a scam. In the home-selling business but can't sell homes. All numbers advertised and told to investors were fudged. Laid everyone off with no severance. Disorganized and dishonest.
