We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with REHAU as an employer at the moment. At REHAU, it is important to us that our employees feel supported and treated fairly. We strive to provide a nurturing work environment with a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes flexible work life balance opportunities, career path mentoring, and management training programs. We recognize how important these programs are to our employees for growing their careers at REHAU and we are supporting this growth where possible. However, due to the size of our organization we do have fewer management layers to move into. On the flip side, our structure allows us to provide more opportunities to get exposure to a very broad range of products, projects and areas (depending on your specific job). This broad exposure is seen as a clear advantage by many colleagues compared to other companies. In REHAU, we provide also a very direct access to top management. This enables our employees to make direct suggestions for improvement and discuss them with the decision makers. So we would like to encourage you to bring forward your suggestions and ideas for taking on more responsibilities or broaden your area for a positive impact on our business and your career. We are looking forward to receiving your ideas!

Pros

- direct supervisor was reasonable and understanding - reasonable compensation and benefits

Cons

- Unsustainable business in the long-run with low potential for growth - Internal company processes are not made transparent, with lack of documentation and poor handing over of tasks and responsibilities, leading to a lot of inefficiencies and confusion - Poor work culture with tendency towards passive aggressive behaviour, indirect communication which led to poorly planned work and unresolved expectations - some colleagues were very uncooperative and not supportive, affecting day-to-day performance - poor management & leadership abilities, with tendency towards throwing temper tantrums in a bid to get things done or message across

We welcome and value feedback from our employees and use it to foster the growth of individuals and the organization. We offer consultation days periodically in our locations to give the employees the opportunity to speak openly with management about topics that are important to them. If an employee is unable to attend a consultation day, we encourage employees to contact management as we have an open door policy and appreciate all feedback. Employees are also encouraged to speak with management about our career path tool to ensure that they know what advancement opportunities are available.
