Pros
Leadership allows for employees to assume ownership for projects and tasks at a high level. Company ownership seems genuinely interested in the well being of the company and individual locations. Work-life balance is pretty good.
Cons
Senior leadership are overseas and their visibility to the local team is weak. Systems can be cumbersome and often limiting to getting the job done quickly.
