      Competent staff. Good ambiance. Nice cars and convenient salary

      Cons

      Bad organization, lack of technical skills, every year less people to manage the same responsibilities, frustrating company which has everything to perform but who is so poorly organised that best opportunities are most of the time lost. Hard to remain 100% motivated in such conditions particularly after many years there.
