We encourage you to participate in the Consultation Days program when it is next scheduled at Plant Cullman. Through this program, we provide you with direct, one-on-one access to a member of our Regional Executive Board to discuss any topic you wish with 100% confidentiality. Thank you for your feedback. Please look into all of the options available to employees who need to express a concern, resolve an issue or suggest solutions for problems they encounter on the job. In addition to speaking to your supervisor, your other options include Consultation Days and the formal employee survey which is conducted annually in December. Both offer 100% confidentiality. In addition, the Suggestions Program is accessible via a kiosk located in your plant. Please take advantage of these channels, which are designed specifically to foster open communication.
