Pros

After leaving for 3 years and experiencing another company, I have to say I did learn a lot. The company is willing to give significant responsibility to young people.

Cons

Really bad culture in hindsight. People are paranoid about what the owner family thinks rather than what the customer thinks. Lots of high ego and thumping on the table kind of culture. A lot of nepotism which kills the meritocratic culture.

Competent staff. Good ambiance. Nice cars and convenient salary

Cons

Bad organization, lack of technical skills, every year less people to manage the same responsibilities, frustrating company which has everything to perform but who is so poorly organised that best opportunities are most of the time lost. Hard to remain 100% motivated in such conditions particularly after many years there.
