      Pros

      Most of the people you work with are awesome to be around, good insurance, decent pay but could be better for what we have to deal with on a daily.

      Cons

      Very little communication, seniority gets promoted even if the person has no business being in charge, petty coworkers, very short notice when we have to work overtime(usually an hour or two before the regular hours shift ends)

      We appreciate your comment! Through training, open communication and feedback, we regularly reiterate to our managers the importance of ensuring employees feel respected and valued as team members in order to build trust. However, your comment shows that we need to improve our communication when it comes to the hours that are needed to run the business sufficiently. While in any company, it is hard to please everyone, we take employee feedback seriously and do our best at REHAU to be open to making improvements.
