      Pros

      I've had a lot of opportunities to work on projects outside of my normal job scope which keeps things interesting. There are opportunities for employees who look for them. Advancement and recognition are acknowleged when they are earned. Also, I've been lucky enough to work with a very cohesive team in my department.

      Cons

      Any cons that I could come up with would be the same as with any company I've ever worked for and normally driven by the negativity of other employees. Working to make things better makes for a better workplace instead of complaining about the negative things which is not productive.

      Good experience, nice and interesting people, good clients

      Cons

      You you had not became a Head of Sales or whatever a higher manager in next 3 years, leave the company, its gonna be a trap for you.
