Pros

-Individuals outside of the C-Suite are given the chance to voice their input on strategic direction -There is currently a heavy push to provide regular updates on the business performance

Cons

-Stress levels within teams are extremely high -Too many management positions filled by current CEO-AM with external FTE's. It appears they are there to be "Yes-Men" and no care is put to whether the divisions are healthy, high performing, and balanced -Constantly changing priorities makes everything ASAP -Management at the North American plants are under-qualified and lack skills to be true leaders

Pros

Great pay for the area. Plenty of time off. Atmosphere is often laid back and less stressful when compared to other tier ones or especially an OEM. Management is approachable. They may not always listen but they will give you time to talk.

Cons

Shortsighted management. Rehau does not invest in it's people with regards to training and increasing skills to the next level. We have managers and supervisors that have "worked" thier way up by simply being here a long time. While that is relevant to experience in the job it doesn't prepare them to actually be efficient and capable of actually managing anything. People skills, parts ordering, scheduling etc. Rehau global has a "training academy" that is under utilized here in the U.S.
