Pros

Name recognition Corporate Advertising is the best Education is tops

Cons

Cons are really self imposed. You have to sell in order to make money. If you have a lead source that is consistant than you should be able to do well.

Pros

The Remax organization allows realtors the ability to improve their craft and conduct business with a high level of professionalism.

Cons

The organization is made up of franchises and each office is independently owned. Sometimes an independent agent feels lost in a big organization.

Pros

RE/MAX does a great job with creating a professional environment to work and share experience. The marketshare and recognition is stellar for an individual agent.

Cons

Mostly older agents in my office who spend time doing tradtional "old school" method practices. ie not keyed into social networking, IT, etc.
