Pros

I enjoyed Re/max. The marketshare is great. I always stayed busy. Leads come in from both online and via e-mail. You can also get calls on floor.

Cons

The fees are expensive. This is not a company for part time real estate agents. The Re/Max lifestyle is a full time job.

Pros

1. Flexible because your self-employed 2. Very financially rewarding during stable economic periods 3. The training is among the best, if not the best in real estate sales and prospecting

Cons

1. Financially woeful when the economy is in a down turn 2. Lots of investment in cars, gas, insurance, brokerage fees, mls fees, realtor fees, fees, fees, and more fees.
